Leadership & Team Management
Led a team of 20+ members, delegating tasks and conducting quality checks to ensure consistency and high standards.
Coordinated across disciplines to align design, art, and programming efforts with the core vision.
Core Game Design
Redesigned and strengthened the complete core concept and game loop.
Integrated multiple player styles: Criminal, Entrepreneur, Grinder, and Social into a unified gameplay experience.
Designed a modular, player-driven economy scalable for both small (10 players) and large (100+ players) sessions.
Systems & Mechanics
Developed and balanced PvP combat mechanics.
Designed progression systems including levels, rewards, and multiple currencies.
Reworked all “grinding” jobs and integrated them into the core gameplay loop.
Balanced gambling systems such as casinos and trading cards.
Designed and implemented quests to drive engagement and player progression.
Worldbuilding & Level Design
Designed and built multiple maps, creating diverse and coherent environments that support the game’s mechanics and player progression.
Applied worldbuilding principles to ensure logical placement of landmarks, resources, and points of interest.
Integrated environmental storytelling and spatial design to guide player exploration and reinforce gameplay loops.
Balanced map layout to accommodate different player styles, progression paths, and scalable player numbers.
Art & Animation
Created 3D models, Pixel art and animations for vehicles, animals, machinery and more to support gameplay and immersion
